Legado's staff has experience in all aspects of the up-stream E&P business in multiple North American basins. Our team of seasoned geologists and engineers represents the combined experience gained from working for 26 major and independent energy companies.
Legado focuses on the rejuvenation of legacy assets or projects where the proper application of technology can improve the commercial situation. As an example, we are applying multiple fracture stimulations in horizontal wells to improve productivity of otherwise marginal plays. We also have extensive expertise improving recovery in legacy oil fields through Enhanced Oil Recovery.
Legado's staff has experience with multiple waterflood projects and over a dozen CO2 floods in several North American basins. This experience enables us to quickly identify target reservoirs and understand the commercial risks.
