Legado Resources is actively pursuing acquisition, farm in and joint development opportunities where Legado can utilize its strong technical and commercial expertise in the redevelopment of oil fields through horizontal drilling, waterflood enhancement, or CO2 flood development.
Since Legado’s inception in July 2007, we have acquired over $75MM in properties located in the Permian Basin, the DJ Basin, the Mid-Continent and the Gulf Coast. We also have experience in numerous onshore basins and we will consider opportunities across North America.
In addition to property acquisitions, Legado will consider leasing opportunities, farm outs or partnerships where we can bring the expertise and resources required to execute these types of projects. Legado has an experienced and highly qualified staff that has closed numerous transactions and we have the expertise and financial backing to efficiently evaluate, negotiate and close deals.
